Clay White is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and during the last 25 years has litigated thousands of cases in state and federal courts. Mr. White specializes in personal injury and complex tort trial law involving product liability claims, commercial/business litigation, long-term exposure litigation, and first and third party insurance defense cases including automobile accident, premise liability and insurance and insurance bad faith litigation. He has tried in excess of 200 cases to jury verdict in Texas. Mr. White has tried cases to juries in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Massachusetts, Arkansas and Ohio.
